Adverts are limited to marine-related products and services. Our decision is final if it is deemed that you advert is outside our arena. Any refunds will be at the discretion of GoBoats.co.uk.
Adverts must be realistic and accurate, else GoBoats.co.uk reserved the right to suspend or delete the offending advert and holding account with no notice or refund.
For account termination, contact GoBoats.co.uk via email and your account and adverts will be suspended and/or deleted anytime with 30 days of your notification. No refunds will be applicable.
At the discretion of GoBoats.co.uk, non-payment of account subscriptions may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your adverts and account with no refunds. However, GoBoats.co.uk will endeavour to come to an amicable arrangement.
Only one account is permitted per private seller and only one account is permitted per trader, unless pemission expressly given by GoBoats.co.uk.
Accounts are non-transferable without express authorisation from GoBoats.co.uk.
Trader accounts are limited in number in respect of adverts, though these limits may be modified by GoBoats.co.uk at any time.
Only one account is permitted per charity or club, save where there are multiple divisions and operate independently.
Payments will be made once an account has reached a minimum of £25. GoBoats.co.uk reserves the right to decide when payments shall be made, but will endeavour to do so within a reason timeframe from the time the account reaches this total.
Only one account is permitted per individual buyer.
